Attention, attention and more attention!

— by

What do you want as a leader? To score, right? You want your organisation, unit, department, team, whatever to succeed. Achieve results! Excel! That the team under your leadership is the best team in the organisation. When this succeeds, it is a kick, you have achieved what you want to achieve as a leader.

And you also know right away that you cannot do this on your own. After all, you are a leader, not a freelancer! And your magic word is together. As a leader, you ensure that the group of people you stand in front of achieves that performance. So the golden question is: how do I motivate people to deliver the excellent performance I want to see. And the answer is actually so simple: give them sincere attention, attention and more attention.

I explain this principle further in the book The Excellent Leader. Take your first step in becoming an #Excellent #Leader and visit the website Excellent-Leader.com.
