This happens when you implement Excellent Leadership across all hierarchical levels within your organization. As we’re talking about a culture change, culture doesn’t change overnight:
- Expect the process to be a journey, not a destination

Not only for those aspiring to climb the corporate ladder, but to anyone who understands that leadership includes “personal leadership” – a way to increase one’s influence and improve relationships in all aspects of life, including personal relationships with partners, friends and family!
Depending on how deep your organization is in terms of hierarchy (put differently: relative to the span-of-control within your organization) this first phase is going to involve effort for a few years!

- 12 online consultations with C-suite
