When you are curious, you accept that you only know your own perspective on the topic of conversation. You are curious for more, you actually start to appreciate the other person’s perspective. Your questions are genuine through genuine curiosity. Your questions demonstrate the mastery of that other person. And also by allowing yourself to be vulnerable you once again stand as a role model for your team members – it makes it easier for them to do the same!
